# Data room files

The **Files** page gives you a complete overview of every file currently in a data room. Deleted files are not shown. To get there, go to **Settings > M&A data rooms**, select a data room, and open the **Files** tab.

# What you can do here

* **Browse all files** — Scroll through the full list of files in the data room, or filter by folder. Click any file to open its details, including classification, key terms, and check results.
* **See the total file count** — The number of files is shown at the top of the page.
* **Export** — Click **Export** to download a file list. The export button is disabled if the data room contains no files.

# Note on deleted files

Files that have been removed from the data room are excluded from this list. If you are looking for a document you cannot find here, it may have been deleted.
